It all started with two lifelong friends, Manos and Stavros. Their story took an exciting turn when Manos met his Dutch girlfriend, Quienne, and decided to move to The Netherlands. With Stavros overseeing the olive oil production in Crete, Quienne and Manos dreamed of sharing the incredible tastes of Crete with the world. Just one year after settling in Amsterdam, Filía Crete came to life in the heart of the city.

Back at home in Crete, we've witnessed the effects of climate change firsthand. What was once a land of vineyards has transformed into olive groves in just a few decades. This change inspired us to treat our olive trees with the utmost respect for nature. Manos, armed with agricultural knowledge, implemented eco-friendly practices to ensure healthier and more productive trees.
