Our honey originates from the mountains of southern Crete, where bees thrive among pines and thyme flowers. At Filía Crete, we produce two types of organic honey: thyme honey and pine honey. The honey we import is a unique blend of these two varieties, carefully crafted with a specific ratio of each. The majority of the blend is thyme honey, which preserves its floral taste and high propolis content (one of the healthiest components of honey). The pine honey adds a pleasant sweetness to the mix.

This house-brand honey is a specialized recipe developed in Filia Crete, to bring the highest quality honey to the Netherlands. For more details, please don’t hesitate to ask.
