Organic Pine Honey

Our 100% Pine Honey is a special collaboration with a beekeeper from the northern parts of Greece, specifically the Chalkidiki region. This unique and rare summer pine honey is harvested in the summer months, giving it a bitter-sweet, caramel-like taste with woody notes and a thicker texture.

Our honey is 100% unprocessed, unfiltered, and free from heat treatment, preserving all natural nutritious elements. In our beehives, we have been applying only organic practices for many years.

This type of honey is becoming increasingly rare as northern Greece faces significant forest disasters due to fires. At Filía Crete, we produce and collaborate with people we trust to deliver the best quality products.
